Academic Results

The Kauffman School is committed to transparency in reporting on the academic progress of its students – we will "show that we know." At the Kauffman School, we believe that strong results translate into hope and opportunity for our students and families.

2018-2019 Results - Middle School

The results reported here reflect scores from students enrolled at the school when end-of-year testing was administered.

The MAP Assessment is administered each year to all students in Missouri’s district and charter public schools. While the data below is from the 2018-2019 school year, it is the common story for middle schoolers at EMKS: each year, students improve academically in all subjects and all grades, putting more students on track for academic success in high school, college and beyond.

2018-2019 Results - High School

Strong academics in middle school translates into opportunities in high school. All Kauffman School students take AP courses during the sophomore, junior and senior years, and Kauffman Students outperform the national average on their AP exams. These results are especially important because strong AP scores offer students a way to earn college credit for little or no cost. The AP results below are from our first graduating class, Class of 2023, who graduated from EMKS in 2019.

A strong ACT score can open doors of opportunity for students as they look for the right college. EMKS is proud of our students’ strong ACT growth across their high school career, and our current trend of each high school cohort having a higher ACT average than the one that preceded it.
