Re-Enrollment

Re-enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year opened March 1, 2025! Complete re-enrollment by the priority deadline of April 1 to secure your student's spot and earn a free t-shirt that your student can wear instead of their uniform shirt for the rest of the year.
 
Re-enrollment is a required process through which current EMKS families confirm their intent to keep their student enrolled at the Kauffman School for the upcoming year. All families are required to complete online re-enrollment each year and update their student’s contact information, health information, transportation needs, and more.
 
To re-enroll:
  1. Gather your documents (two Proofs of Residency dated within the last 30 days plus updated immunization records) and choose a time you will have 20-30 minutes to work on re-enrollment.
  2. Visit http://kauffmanschool.schoolmint.net
  3. Log in to your SchoolMint account. Use the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” options if needed. You should not create a new account.
  4. On the Student Dashboard click “Returning” or “Not Returning” by your student’s name.
  5. You will then be taken back to the Student Dashboard where you will click RE-ENROLL under “Actions” by your student’s name.
    1. You will be taken to a page to confirm your account information.
    2. You will then be taken to a list of forms. Click on each form and fill out all the information requested.
    3. As part of the forms to complete, you will be asked to upload a recent Proof of Residency and updated immunization records.
  6. Once all forms are done, click “Submit.” If you must stop before all the forms are complete and all documents are uploaded click “Save and Continue Later” at any time.
    Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 for each student you have enrolled at EMKS.
